From Saigon to Westfield
Andy Vo’s culinary journey began in Saigon and flourished in New Jersey. Arriving in 1992, he embraced his new home while nurturing his passion for cooking. Inspired by his brother, a Benihana chef, Andy built his craft and opened Saigon Cafe in 2016. In 2024, he brought his award-winning flavors to Westfield, blending tradition with innovation.
